Project Objective

 

Aasa by Simran is a brand that supports women of all shapes and sizes and helps them find new uses for old clothes. The fact that all of their goods are made in India shows how dedicated they are to quality and flexibility.


The brand wants to meet the needs and wants of all of its customers by making clothes that can be worn in different ways.

 

Aasa by Simran's main goal was to make their website better for both people and search engines within three months so that they could rank in the top ten on Google for key non-branded product terms.

 1)  Website optimization for SEO and users.
 2) Increase organic ranking for the non branded keywords by 10% with during the first three                                                  months.

The Challenge

Here are some of the problems I ran into when I were reviewing and putting the strategies I had learned into action for our SEO campaign:

1-Differences between page for PC and mobile
2-Product categories that aren't organized correctly or in the right way
3-Not-so-great website navigation
4-Product and groups pages that aren't designed

 

The Solution

So that I could deal with these problems, I carefully planned an approach that had three main parts:

 

Mobile Friendly Website

-          With Google's mobile-first crawling change, I made it a top priority to make the website     mobile-friendly for both people and Googlebot.

-          Fixed important differences between the desktop and mobile versions, which made the mobile ranks better and got them ready for the update.

Contextual Internal Linking

-          Put in place internal contextual linking on the main category pages and used blog parts for internal linking, which increased the page's authority and allowed crawlers to find relevant sites.

 

Header, Title, and Meta Tag Optimization

-          Optimized header tags to make the site's SEO work better overall.

-          Title and meta descriptions were updated based on selected keywords, which improved results and clicks that weren't on a brand.

 

The Result

The outcomes of the SEO campaign within 3 Months:

  • Clicks went up from 163 to 647, a 297% increase.
  • Impressions increased from 13,406 to 30,634, up by 129%.
  • Some keywords I ranked #1 improved, lifting our overall ranking.
  • More people visited the site organically, including both old and new visitors.

 

With ongoing support and technical expertise from the Aasa by Simran team, I successfully increased the clicks for non-branded product keywords on the website.
